How should Europe be in the future ?

Less bureaucracy, less national interests, more community sense

What did you personally learned or generally earned ?

This project Erasmus+ is quite particular to me because I firmly believe that convictions and personal attitudes can be changed and reflected by coming together. We do all live with stereotypes and pictures in our minds which affects our way of experiencing diversity. That’s why important that even in Europe where we might believe that there are no real cultural differences we do realize that those differences exist and are partly huge. What we abstractly call intercultural competence, which is the ability to perceive cultural diversity is not supposed to let us confirm stereotypes but to let us reflect the way we are encountering diversity. That’s something I could personally experience living abroad and I can see in this mobility and in the previous ones.
